Be courteous and respectful of your fellow players, TOs, and admins. Discrimination based on age, sex, gender, race, disability etc. will not be tolerated.

Be respectful of other communities that we host or work with.

Treat the venue, it's staff, and property with respect.

Intimidation, harassment, and threats of physical violence will be met with a lifetime permanent ban.

Controller throws of any sort will result in a ban from the next upcoming event.

Be mindful of your attire and controller skins/art. If it is NSFW, it is is not appropriate to bring to our events. You may inform a TO if you see something inappropriate or you are made uncomfortable.

This list is not exhaustive. Any disruptive behavior that hasn't specifically been outlined in the code of conduct is subject to disciplinary action.

Games will be played on PS5, PS4, or PC

Controller configuration is limited to four directional buttons and up to 10 action buttons for each legal action within a respective title. (Exception made for pad, d-pad + joystick movement is considered legal)

All macros via a title's in-game controller configuration menu are allowed.

BLFGC takes cheating very seriously. Any user-created macros or scripts deployed via an adapter, custom PCB, or other modification to a controller are illegal. Any use of these is considered to be cheating and will result in a lifetime permanent ban from all events in order to preserve the competitive integrity of the community.

PS4/PS5 or other wireless controller users must be sure to disconnect or desync their controller after every match on PS4/PS5. Failing to do so can result in a DQ if your controller interrupts another player's match (Ask a TO or other member for help with this if needed). We advise each set of players to double check the devices menu before their match starts.

If during a match a player pauses during actionable gameplay, whether by the start or home button, the player who paused the match immediately forfeits the current round to their opponent.

If during a match a technical issue causes interruption of the game (power loss, etc.), the game will be restarted in the closest round start state it was in before the interruption. For example, if the interruption happened during round 3 of a game, the game should be restarted from scratch and taken to the start of round 3, and played out as normal. If the game being played has meter or ability counter carryover between rounds, players should try to bring the meter build and/or ability counter close to where it was at the start of the round where the interruption occurred.

We ask that you don't bring base PS4s, at minimum we require PS4 Pro.

PC setups, including Steam Decks, must be playtested for tournament use. We will check to make sure the setup has no performance issues if it's to be used for tournament play. If issues are found it'll have to be for casuals only.

Mods (excluding those used for game performance/stability) will not be permitted during tournament use of any setup.

Mods are allowed for casual play but they must be SFW. Mods that dress down any character or modify their proportions more than the respective game's official design or costumes should be removed.
